REFUND POLICY
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request.
- Once your return is approved, you must return the item within 14 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and with tags).
- Please keep your return confirmation until your refund is fully processed.

- Returns from Poland are free when using our return portal via InPost, GLS, or DPD through Furgonetka.

RETURNS — EU, USA, AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM
- Please complete the Return Request Form before sending your item: Submit a Return Request
- You can also start your return via your Customer Account.
- You may ship your return immediately after submitting the form.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Please use a trackable courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Clearly label your parcel as "Returned Goods."
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refund processing on our end.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
- Humbl Her is not responsible for lost returns.
IMPORTANT
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items are found to be used, worn, or damaged.
- In such cases, items will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified by email.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
