Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs, except in cases of a confirmed defect or shipping error.
Returns from Poland
Please use our Furgonetka return portal [ https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/37526cf7-dac6-43cb-a0ed-be9e282f711b ]. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns from the European Union
Customers may return items within 30 days at their own expense. Please use a tracked and insured service such as InPost International, DHL, UPS, or your national postal provider. Clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs delays or fees.
Under EU law, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This applies to unused items in their original condition and packaging. This statutory right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Returns from the USA & Australia
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping using a courier of their choice, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Please ensure the package includes tracking and insurance. Once shipped, email us at humblher@gmail.com with the courier name and tracking number. Mark the parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and complete all necessary customs forms. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at humblher@gmail.com.
