You have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request.

Once your return is approved, you must return the item within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and with tags).

Returns from Poland are free when using our return portal via InPost, GLS, or DPD through Furgonetka.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please use a trackable courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Clearly label your parcel as “Returned Goods.”
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refund processing on our end.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

In such cases, items will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified by email.
