REFUND POLICY

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request.

  • Once your return is approved, you must return the item within 14 days.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and with tags).

  • Please keep your return confirmation until your refund is fully processed.

RETURNS — EU, USA, AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM

  • Please complete the Return Request Form before sending your item: Submit a Return Request.

  • You can also start your return via your Customer Account.

  • You may ship your return immediately after submitting the form.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please use a trackable courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • Clearly label your parcel as “Returned Goods.”


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for refund processing on our end.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

  • Humbl Her is not responsible for lost returns.


IMPORTANT

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items are found to be used, worn, or damaged.

  • In such cases, items will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified by email.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
